All our fitness classes take place in our Fitness Studio, upstairs in the sports hall with fully qualified and experienced instructors.
Below you will see the fitness class schedule, rates and another poster that describes each class in more detail.
To register and sign up for these classes just drop down to the Students’ Union. All classes begin on Monday the 23rd of January.
Spaces are limited in all classes, so get signed up early in the SU to avoid disappointment.
There is also an extra Yoga class taking place on Thursdays at lunch time in Room 1036. This is a separate pay as you go, drop in class which starts this Thursday at 1pm. The instructor looks after all payments at the class. No sign up in the Students’ Union necessary.
